Located in the emerging West Adams neighborhood of Los Angeles, 3626 W Jefferson Blvd is an adaptive-reuse project with an expansive indoor/outdoor concept in the front. A new marquee canopy was introduced to highlight the main entry, which was previously discrete and concealed, to bring hierarchy to the front courtyard space.

For the interiors, deliberate and methodical efforts were undertaken to retain and revitalize the existing building, as the aged warehouse was given a low-intervention treatment to reveal the beautiful wood bow trusses and vibrant brick and wood finishes. The introduction of skylights added significant amounts of natural light into the spaces and a new wood and steel staircase carries occupants upstairs to private dining rooms or offices.
